SnapaSofa Terms & Conditions


The contract made by you with us incorporates these terms and conditions, which shall prevail over any and all terms and conditions proposed by you.

You should not proceed with your order until you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.


1.1 We are continuously developing products and reserve the right to amend the specifications of any goods or products without prior notice in relation to future sales.

1.2 If buying the same products at different times we cannot guarantee they will match due to variations between batches. This includes exact colour match and exact measurements.

1.3 Every effort is made to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our website and in other promotional materials. We cannot guarantee however the complete accuracy of the pictures or photographs that are shown. Many conditions such as your monitor or screen settings and batching can affect the colouring of items in a picture.


2.1 We always try to be as accurate as possible, however measurements specified by us are always approximate (maximum 5cm).


3.1 All prices include VAT, where appropriate, at the prevailing rate and are subject to any promotional offer or discount.

3.2 The prices displayed on the website are for online purchases and promotions only and are not transferable to sales through any other means.

3.3 We will not be bound to honour any prices, where we have indicated to you subsequently that the prices displayed have been displayed in error. In these cases a full refund will be offered.


4.1 You can pay by finance, PayPal, Amazon Pay, bank transfer or debit/credit card at the time of order.

4.2 Sofa lead times will begin once full payment has been made (unless paying via Finance).

4.3 The price of any product is the price in place at the date and time of your order. The price may increase or decrease at a later date; this will not affect your order. At the time of order, your payment will secure the current price of the product you order only.

4.4 A minimum £50 deposit will be required on all orders. The remaining balance must be paid before the day of delivery.

4.5 We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you and we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time.

4.6 We offer a monthly payment plan for 12 or 24 months (APR 16.9%), this is subject to a credit check, to pay via finance.

4.7 We reserve the right to discontinue sofas from time to time due to trends, material acquisition & manufacturing improvements. We cannot offer refunds on any prior payments made to us; all payments can be transferred to an alternative sofa free of charge.

4.8 We reserve the right to not accept payment from debit/ credit cards which are not registered to the given delivery address. This is due to our tight fraud rules on our payment system which allows for 3D secure safe transactions.


5.1 As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate delivery.  If your item is on back order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate delivery (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for delivery.

5.2 If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at info@snapasofa.co.uk

5.3 We are only able to deliver orders to you if you have a delivery address on the UK mainland. This excludes some remote areas; please check our delivery page before ordering.

5.4 You will be informed of the likely approximate length of time until delivery at the point of order. Once your order is confirmed as available for delivery we will contact you to agree definite arrangements for the date of delivery. Where possible we will deliver on the first available van in your area as we are unable to store your furniture. Every effort is made to see that the approximate delivery date is accurate, but on rare occasions the manufacture of your product may be delayed through circumstances beyond our control. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.

5.4(i) Once a delivery date has been confirmed, cancellation within 48 hours of the delivery date will incur a re-delivery charge.

5.5 In the event that you may choose to have your goods delivered to your own third-party carrier, we will not accept any responsibility or liability for any damage to your goods once they are out of our control. Any forwarding delivery is at your own risk.

5.6 We will only deliver to ground floor, to first floor where access is easy, or to higher floors where there is an adequate lift. If delivery is required to higher floors and there is no lift or the lift is not big enough to take the suite, we will deliver to ground floor only and ask that you get help in taking the products upstairs.

5.7 We cannot accept liability if your product does not fit into your house, it is the responsibility of the customer to measure the doors, hallways and rooms to ensure the sofa fits. If the worst happens and it really won’t fit in, we will do our utmost to find a suitable solution.

5.8 If the goods are found to be either damaged or defective in any way at the time of delivery we will organise for a replacement or repair immediately depending on the situation. Customers have the right to reject the goods and claim a full refund.

5.9 Should you not be available at the time of attempted delivery there will be a re-delivery charge. These also apply if we are unable to deliver the goods due to there being no safe means of access to the place of delivery. 



6.1 If you’re not 100% happy with your new product, you can return it to us. The item must be in its original packaging and in unused condition. You must contact us by email on info@snapasofa.co.uk to arrange your return within 14 days of receiving your goods. You will then have a further 14 days from this day to return the item(s) to us. 

6.2 Any returns that have not been arranged will be refused. 

6.3 After the item has been inspected, a full refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your arranged return. 

6.4 snapasofa.co.uk will not be liable for any costs of returning items to us.


7.1 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a customer has an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date the customer took ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, the customer does not need to pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item.

7.2 All our products come with a 1-year manufacturer’s guarantee. The guarantee starts from the date of delivery and offers cover against manufacturing defects on the structure of the frame and frame springs or any defects which may arise, under normal use, through faulty factory workmanship, including sofa bed and recliner mechanisms. No claims for faulty items will be entertained after the twelve months.

7.3 Under the Consumer rights act 2015, if you discover a manufacturing fault within the first six months, we will repair the item. If the item is un-repairable we will organise a replacement.

7.4 snapasofa.co.uk reserves the right to carry out an inspection of the goods in the confinements of your own home using an independent 3rd party company to assertion where the fault is situated.  

7.5 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if you discover a manufacturing fault after the first six months, it is your responsibility to prove to us that the item is faulty. If you can provide evidence that the item is faulty, we will repair the item. If the item is un-repairable we will organise a replacement.


8.1 Every effort is made to ensure the complete accuracy of our website, however some prices/details contained on the website may change from time to time and it is possible that errors will occur. We will use our best endeavours to rectify any errors, as swiftly as possible but we cannot be responsible for any losses incurred.

8.3 Our website is owned and operated by KMK LIFESTYLE LTD (‘snapasofa.co.uk,’ ‘we’ or ‘us’ ‘our’), whose registered number is 12456798.

8.4 Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of our website is done at your own discretion and risk and with the understanding that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your own computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.


9.1 By using this website, you will be deemed to consent to our use of any personal data we collect from you, including your name, address and telephone number, for the purposes of negotiating, entering into and administering a contract and maintaining your account.


10.1 We control and operate our website from our offices within England. Accordingly the laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to them, including the use of our website and the materials contained therein. If you choose to access our website from outside England and Wales you do so on your own initiative and you hereby agree that in the event of a dispute between us and you that the laws of England and Wales apply at all times.
